Biography

Daniel Michaud-Shields is the managing partner of McBride & Shield PC. He represents institutions and corporate clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including insurance, commercial, civil, bankruptcy, professional negligence and real estate. He has also worked on anti-money laundering and competition law issues.

Daniel has plead before the Superior Court in Ontario and Québec, the Court of Appeal of Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
